The hotel's location just opposite a retail strip shopping center with supermarkets, coffee shops, and eating spots made it convenient for drinks and food. Additionally, the cleanliness of the room and the hotel facilities were impressive. The hotel staff were helpful and friendly, especially the lady assisting with breakfast. Lastly, the transportation options were excellent, with a short 15-minute trip to Universal Studios in the morning.
Nothing it is perfect.
The staff were excellent, very friendly and couldn't do enough for me. The room was amazing, clean and comfortable with a fantastic shower. The breakfast was more than a continental breakfast, and there were plenty of parking spots available. The hotel's location was very convenient, close to many restaurants and shopping areas. It was also a great location for exploring Hollywood, Beverly Hills, and the coastal towns in the east.
